Post-operative craniotomy patients.Spine surgery patients (cervical, thoracic, lumbar).Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes.This unit is part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , which allows for exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective, compassionate care.Assess patient needs and involve families in care planning.Proactively evaluate and adjust plans based on patient condition changes.Why Work With Us?

Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.Completion of an accredited nursing program.At least one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong patient-centered clinical skills.Ability to recognize and respond swiftly to situational changes.Proficient computer skills and electronic medical record usage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective decision-making capabilities under pressure.Strong organizational skills and time management ability.Physical Requirements : Must be able to perform duties that involve lifting, standing, and moving, as well as performing delicate tasks like IV insertion. Exposure to hazardous materials may require the use of protective equipment.
