Job Status : Full-time, .8 or part-time possible

Salary : $36.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule : M-F, 8am-4 : 30pm

Paid On-Call : Nights and weekend rotations

Benefits : Full benefits plan plus a company car! (status dependent)

Work Location : Within and surrounding areas of Waupun, Wisconsin

Requirements :

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home health preferred
