Provides quality control oversite for the ROHACELL Shapes operation by conducting and / or reviewing first article inspections, performing in-process production inspections, creation of certifications of product for delivery to customers, creating and responding to corrective actions, and performing other quality-related duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review purchase orders and customer specifications to ensure requirements can be met prior to order release.
• Evaluate products for compliance with customer and internal specifications.
• Create inspection test plans and first article inspection reports for product release.
• Recommend process improvements based on quality data, inspections, and analysis.
• Support AS9100-compliant documentation systems, including equipment calibration and lab maintenance.
• Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audits (AS9100, ISO14001, RC14001).
• Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide quality documentation for onsite customer source inspections.
• Support supplier quality management and production performance improvements using SPC techniques.
