Key Responsibilities
Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process for internal client groups
Utilize various recruiting techniques to build networks and hire top talent in robotics engineering
Advocate for both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
Experience leading recruitment processes for engineering teams
BA / BS Degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of hiring technology talent in a competitive environment
Experience in areas such as Robot Autonomy, Software, Hardware, or Manufacturing
