Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets
Manage the team's sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Collaborate with Google sales leadership on strategic deal management and go-to-market initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
Proven track record in selling professional services or enterprise software, preferably in cloud or AI
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
Experience in partnership and alliance management
