Job Title : WebEOC Administrator (.NET JavaScript ArcGIS Emergency Operations Juvare V10 / NexUs)

Location : Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities WebEOC Administration

  • Administer and maintain Juvare WebEOC V10 to ensure system stability and daily operations.
  • Support planning testing and migration activities for Juvare WebEOC NexUs.
  • Manage users positions roles permissions and access provisioning.
  • Configure incidents system processes notifications plug-ins and general system settings.
  • Develop update and troubleshoot boards including code adjustments and design enhancements.
  • Move boards and configurations between environments using imports / exports.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system changes updates and procedures.

Integration & Technical Support

  • Configure and support GIS integrations for both cloud and on-premises WebEOC environments.
  • Utilize the ArcGIS API to support geospatial layers mapping and situational awareness tools.
  • Collaborate with Juvare Professional Services and third-party vendors to translate operational needs into technical configurations.
  • Support plug-ins mapping tools custom workflows and other integrations.

    • Communication & Notification Tools

  • Assist with communication integrations including Microsoft Teams alerts notifications and collaboration channels.
  • Support Teams-based workflows during activations and routine operations.

    • EOC Application Support

  • Provide support for related EOC platforms such as Rave Alert and other communication / alerting tools.
  • Deliver real-time user support during emergency activations including troubleshooting and workflow guidance.
  • Conduct user training and prepare system documentation.

    • Operational Support

  • Work extended or irregular hours during emergency operations as needed.
  • Assist with other state applications or technical projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with emergency management staff IT teams and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering Juvare WebEOC V10.
  • Experience supporting WebEOC NexUs migration efforts.
  • Strong understanding of user provisioning incidents roles and permissions.
  • Experience with board creation editing troubleshooting and code updates (HTML JavaScript etc.).
  • Experience with GIS integrations and the ArcGIS API.
  • Familiarity with plug-ins system notifications mapping tools and Microsoft Teams communication integrations.
  • Ability to work with vendors and technical service providers to implement business requirements.
  • Experience with cloud and on-prem WebEOC environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting communication and customer support skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EOC communication platforms such as Rave Alert.
  • Background in emergency management public safety or government operations.
  • Familiarity with API integrations scripting or basic database concepts.
  • Experience development or working in Visual Studio Code for board scripts or integrations.

    • Work Environment

  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on operational needs.
  • Extended or nonstandard hours required during emergency activations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with emergency operations and IT teams.

    • Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • Related technical experience in system administration development or emergency operations support.
