Position Overview : Join our Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN) and embark on an exciting night shift role that offers diversity, challenges, and ample opportunities for professional growth. You will rotate between multiple departments, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adapt quickly and float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Utilize clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and implement evidence-based practices.
• Participate in patient discharge planning and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
