Breef is hiring a detail-oriented Payments Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level or early-career position. You'll work closely with our operations team to support the management of receivables and payables, assist with user communications, and help streamline various project management / administrative processes for active projects between clients and agencies.

We're looking for someone with a foundational understanding of Finance or Accounting who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment. You should be highly organized, value clear communication, and enjoy helping others.

Your Day To Day Is To

• Process invoices, verify transaction details, schedule and prepare disbursements, and obtain payment authorization
• Expertly position and communicate Breef's payment process to client and agency users
• Assist in collecting payments by following up with accounts and supporting users with payment issues / disputes
• Support the development of internal payment processing systems and best practices
• Manage documentation related to project payments through the Breef Platform
• Work closely with the product team to turn user feedback + insights into actionable product features. Support with product development and testing.
• Work cross-functionally to support company and product initiatives as required.
• Embody the mission and vision of Breef with an understanding of how and why we do what we do.

The Breef HQ is located in Denver, Colorado. We are open to remote team members for this role. There will be opportunities to travel to Denver regularly to work with the larger team.
