Key Responsibilities

Establish a network of event organizer relationships and manage the local sales process

Hire and manage the initial team in the local market and oversee ongoing hiring needs

Lead strategic local business development efforts and manage local market growth through coordinated initiatives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of consulting, operational management, or general management experience

Proven experience in managing impactful projects and achieving business goals

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of launching businesses in new markets

Fluency in English and Norwegian is essential
