Posting Description FINANCIAL & PROGRAMS ADMINISTRATOR, will focus on day-to-day financial activities and provide backup for other operational activities for both the Digital Plus Programs (DPP) and Corporate Programs (CP) teams within PE; assisting the Assistant Director in performing various financial activities, including managing accounts for DPP and CP, developing and managing annual budgets and forecasts, creating cost objects, submitting faculty payment requests, submitting vendor payments, reconciling accounts, conducting special financial analysis, generating reports, and documenting standard operating procedures; and performing financial duties in support of these programs and complex and diverse duties, along with special projects in support of the Assistant Director of Digital Plus Programs and Senior Director of Global, Digital Plus Programs & Corporate Programs.
