Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator to join our dynamic team in Richmond, VA. As a Die Cutter Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate die cutting machines to produce various products according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on die cutting equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Die Cutter Operator or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
