As a Registered Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs tailored to the needs of our nursing staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Offer individualized coaching and support to new and current nurses.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing practices and regulatory requirements to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training needs and areas for development.
**Qualifications:**
- Current RN license in New York State.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a teaching or leadership role.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to nursing education and professional development.
