Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise software products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Development
Drive technical investigations and resolve customer issues independently and as part of a team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support or IT support
Advanced experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and networking
Intermediate experience with UNIX / Linux OS and cloud technologies like Azure and AWS
Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting languages
