Duration : 4 Months with possible extension

Location : Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Pay Range : $70.00 - $74.00 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our Content Platform team, focusing on the development and support of our merchandising applications. This role involves creating monitoring solutions, troubleshooting / debugging internally developed code, improving metric-gathering systems, and enhancing current software alongside Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in software development, possess strong problem-solving skills, and exhibit superior communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop monitoring solutions for production applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in internally developed code.
  • Perform SQL queries to support development tasks.
  • Work on the enhancement of current software and automation of support processes.
  • Participate in documentation efforts of our systems.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 9 years of Strong proficiency in Java and React
  • Should have experience in Data Structure & Algorithms
  • Experience in System Design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling)
