WEEKEND CAREGIVERS NEEDED!

Objective:
Care Pros at Home Instead provide a variety of Nonmedical services that enhance the quality of life for aging adults, allowing them to remain in their homes. These professionals support clients and their families in facing the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care, and compassion.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Ability to pass a State of Alaska Background Check.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Uphold the core values of the Home Instead franchise.
• Enhance clients' living environments to improve their quality of life.
• Perform daily activity documentation and report any significant changes in client conditions.
• Maintain regular communication with the supervisory team and office staff.

Provide Companionship & Home Helper services, including:

• Social interaction and conversation.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication and appointment reminders.
• Assistance with errands and appointments.

Provide Personal Care services, assisting with:

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility and incontinence issues.

Offer Specialized services such as:

• Advanced care for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients.
• Support for hospice care clients.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Complete all necessary training.
• Participate in company sponsored events and training.
• Document client information accurately.
• Provide incidental transportation for clients as needed.
