A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate to support daily financial operations for U.S.-based clients in the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, cash / payment applications, and journal entries

Assist with AP & AR processes, aging reports, data entry, documentation, and month-end close activities

Deliver accurate, complete work on time while meeting quality standards and SLAs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or currently in the final semester)

1-2 years of relevant work experience (internships or entry-level positions count)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required); exposure to ERP systems is a plus

Minimum B2 level of English
