Coordinator
We're currently seeking a Coordinator to support our Employee Development & Analytics team across all core functions. This role is essential to ensuring smooth, consistent, and high-quality delivery of training, assessments, and talent development programs for employees. This position will report on-site to our state-of-the-art headquarters in Richmond Heights, Ohio. This position reports to the Director, ED&A.
Responsibilities
- Supports all in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs to include handling invites, scheduling, tracking attendance, logistics, and pre/post-session materials
- Manage performance review cycles, providing system support and troubleshooting for employees and leaders
- Administer the LMS, including content maintenance, assignments, reporting, and learner support
- Support Predictive Index assessments, including administration and distribution of results
- Manage New Hire Orientation logistics, including materials, scheduling, communication, and attendance tracking
- Assist with reporting by providing reports to facilitators, HR, and analysts
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, learning and development, or administrative support
- Experience with HR systems, LMS platforms, and assessment tools (preferred)
- Experience providing employee lifecycle support
- Administrative or coordination experience

- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple programs, systems, and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and assessment tools (such as Predictive Index) is a plus.
- Strong personal and work ethics and integrity; proven track record of flexibility and professionalism.
- Position requires in-person office attendance.
- Position may require travel, as needed.
