ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Insurance Sales Account Manager for Trevor Larson State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. Trevor Larson State Farm Insurance group seeking a qualified professional to join our successful, winning team for the role of Insurance Sales Account Manager. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated, detail oriented, proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

Base Pay + Bonuses + Benefits

  • Property & Casualty License PREFERRED but not required - we will help you become licensed

    • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Computer skills
