  • Supervise Team Leads - Imaging and Technician I - Imaging, including all functions associated with Document Processing.
  • Monitors performance, writes performance appraisals and provides disciplinary actions as needed of assigned staff.
  • Trains, motivates and evaluates performance of imaging staff.
  • Monitors workload and coordinates schedules.
  • Consistently and effectively communicates with the Sr. Manager - Enrollment / Eligibility on performance standard levels.
  • Reviews the work of specialists to ensure accuracy of all records.
  • Ensures staff maintains updated knowledge of the program.
  • Provides the Sr. Manager - Enrollment / Eligibility with updates on all issues regarding quality, training, policy, procedures, and staff issues.
  • Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

    • Hours : 7 : 30am - 4pm

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college oruniversity, or one-to-three years supervisory experience in a health or social services field
    • Two years prior experience in data entry
    • Ability to demonstrate supervisory and leadership skills
    • Computer literacy
    • Ability to follow directions
    • Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
