What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Interview candidates and assess fit with precision and insight
  • Partner with hiring managers to fill roles fast and smart
  • Own the candidate experience from first contact to final offer
  • Coach individuals on resumes, interviews, and career strategy
  • Lead engaging workshops that inspire and inform
  • Stay sharp on market trends and emerging industries
  • Collaborate with employers and educators to open doors for others

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hustle and experience
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building trust
  • Organized, driven, and ready to juggle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and career platforms
  • A genuine passion for helping people grow—and the energy to make it happen
