Shift :  5x8 (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM)

Required Experience

Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required (must have)

Qualifications & Licensure

Graduate of a college / university accredited by ASHA with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current New York State SLP license

Eligible for or holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong assessment skills with ability to determine patient prognosis and treatment planning

Proficient in MS Office and Epic / EMR systems

Working knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
