Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

Job Title : Mobile Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care) -Lancaster, PA Job Type : Part-Time (Full-Time optional based on availability) Shift : Day Shift Salary Range : $125,000 $145,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide mobile wound care services in the Lancaster, PA area. This role involves daily travel (approximately miles) to various patient locations. The ideal candidate will have strong wound care experience, excellent clinical judgment, and a passion for patient-centered care. Responsibilities : Assess and monitor acute and chronic wounds Perform wound cleaning, debridement, and bandaging Educate patients and caregivers on wound care practices Write orders to promote wound healing and recovery Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Serve as an advocate and wellness resource for patients Qualifications : Master s Degree in Nursing required Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania Minimum 1 2 years of wound care experience required Valid driver s license required Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Additional Information : One (1) open position available Caseload : Approximately 4 5 patient visits per day Mobile services; not tied to a single facility Clinical assistance provided during procedures Company-owned vehicle available if personal vehicle is not available Immediate start date preferred
