Brief Job Overview / Summary

The Biology program at Stockton University seeks to fill a renewable, full-time, Non-Tenure Track Teaching Position beginning September 1, 2026. Responsibilities include teaching lecture and laboratory courses for our one-year introductory biology sequence : Cells and Molecules, and Biodiversity and Evolution. The ability to also teach Anatomy and Physiology lecture and lab, and / or Microbiology lecture and lab for health science students is preferred.

Descriptions of Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Teach 32 credit hours per academic year (16 credits per semester), with lectures carrying 4 credit hours and laboratories carrying 2 credit hours
• Contribute to laboratory coordination and preparation
• Participate in service to the Biology Program, School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics (NAMS), and / or University as appropriate
