Description

As a member of the On‑site technical support team, you play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring your customers have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day‑to‑day work. Qualifications

• 2+ years of on‑site technical support experience, or a degree in a related discipline.
• Strong hands‑on A / V technical support experience with equipment such as Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Condeco, Barco Click Share, Poly Com, Pano, Cisco, and other A / V equipment.
• Broad knowledge of AV technology and conference‑room AV design concepts.
• Excellent customer service skills with in‑person support for complex technology issues.
• Ability to coordinate, track, and maintain inventory; document and track the status of inquiries and coordinate appropriate responses and follow‑up using ServiceNow.
• Technical expertise in various facets of PC support (PC applications, hardware, tools, utilities, networking, telecommunications).
• Mac & iOS presence.
• Professional, punctual, trainable, self‑starter, problem‑solver, comfortable handling heavy IT ticketing, and good communication.
