Junior Recruiter

A company is looking for a Clinical Junior Recruiter to assist in the recruitment process for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain applicant tracking system

Build applicant pipelines and manage candidate experience through effective communication

Create weekly activity reports and contribute to recruiting meetings with leadership

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience

Preferred college coursework up to Bachelor's degree

Preferred industry certification(s) from recognized institutions
