You'll be working closely with the current leadership team to manage high-level client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to firm strategy and growth. Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and nonprofits
- Provide proactive tax planning and compliance consulting
- Lead and mentor team members while promoting a positive, high-performance culture
- Actively contribute to firm leadership, business development, and strategic initiatives
