LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (Full Time Evening & Overnights)

Allegria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Port Jefferson is a long-term care and skilled nursing facility committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are dedicated to providing top-tier care to our residents and fostering a positive, team-driven work environment. We are actively hiring compassionate  Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening (3pm-11pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) care team.

Position Overview :

LPNs play essential roles in the care of our residents. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, supervising CNAs, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Shifts Available :

Full-Time | 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (Evening Shift)

Full-Time | 11 : 00 PM-7 : 00 AM (Overnight Shift)

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow proper protocols
• Communicate with families, residents, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents
