Staff Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role involves performing essential accounting functions, including cash updates, bank reconciliations, and month-end journal entries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting decision-making processes.

Responsibilities include :

• Perform daily cash updates and monitor cash balances across accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with month-end journal entries and financial close processes.
• Conduct month-end financial analysis to support reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain and update the cash flow model to reflect current and projected financial activity.
• Download and process FedEx invoices for payment and recordkeeping.
• Review and code credit card statements in alignment with company expense policies.
• Accurately code invoices for accruals and ensure proper expense recognition.
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable (AP) team as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting requests as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
