A company is looking for a Client Servicing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary servicing contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day operations and formal reviews
Own SLA performance for assigned clients, preparing monthly engagement reports and identifying performance trends
Oversee external vendor performance, leading improvement plans when necessary and ensuring alignment on quality standards
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in client services, account management, operations, or contact center leadership, preferably in healthcare
Experience in managing client relationships with measurable outcomes
Demonstrated success in vendor or BPO management
Hands-on experience with a CRM or case management platform (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actions
