Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive analytical strategies that influence growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Own partner-side planning and forecasting, including budget scenarios and pacing plans

Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate new partners' success in the marketplace

Create operating playbooks for new products and verticals, ensuring measurement readiness

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in business analytics or related fields, with a preference for performance marketing or insurance

Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and BI tools (Sigma Computing, Tableau, Looker)

Strong skills in forecasting and scenario modeling, with advanced Excel / Sheets knowledge

Understanding of marketplace economics, including CPA and budget efficiency

Proven ability to transform ambiguous business questions into structured frameworks
