Our products are strategically important to our Retail and Marketplace businesses, driving long-term growth. Sponsored Ads helps merchants, retail vendors, and brand owners grows incremental sales of their products sold on Amazon through native advertising. Sponsored Ads achieves this by using a combination of machine learning, big data analytics, ultra-low latency high-volume engineering systems, and quantitative product focus. You will lead design / architecture efforts across the full-stack, partner with scientists to develop ML systems, and be a force-multiplier for other engineers on the team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
