A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer support inquiries via phone and email
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide clear guidance or escalate to the appropriate team
Accurately log customer interactions and identify trends to improve product and support services
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer support role in a SaaS or technology organization
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM / support ticketing tools
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
Experience in or with the wholesale distribution or construction industry is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
