A company is looking for a Senior Technical Advisor - Air Quality and Noise.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for air quality and noise analyses
Provide in-house training on CEQR air quality and noise analyses, field work, and modeling tools
Prepare technical scopes of work for air quality and noise projects and proposals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in planning, environmental science, or related field
15+ years of experience in air quality and noise analyses related to CEQR, SEQRA, and NEPA
Proficiency in AERMOD, MOVES, TNM, and CadnaA
Proven success in delivering air quality and noise scope for environmental review and permitting projects
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
