Senior Financial Analyst

A rapidly growing national business services corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support enterprise-wide financial modeling, valuation analysis, and capital planning. The Senior Financial Analyst position will partner closely with senior leadership to evaluate capital allocation decisions, investments, M&A, and long-term growth initiatives across the business.

This position is ideal for a candidate with 2–5 years of investment banking or transaction advisory experience who is looking to apply rigorous financial analysis in a corporate operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, technology investments, and capital expenditures
• Perform valuation and return analyses for internal investments, new service offerings, and expansion initiatives
• Analyze CapEx proposals, including ROI, IRR, payback periods, and sensitivity analyses
• Support long-range planning, budgeting, and scenario modeling initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, IT, and commercial teams to assess financial impact of business decisions
• Prepare executive and board-level materials, including financial analyses and recommendations
• Track performance of approved investments versus forecasted assumptions and expected returns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling experience, including multi-year operating models and valuation analyses
• Experience supporting CapEx or technology-driven investments preferred
