What Does a Typical Day Look Like in This Role?

This fully remote opportunity allows you to provide excellent IT support from wherever you choose! Depending on your level—Helpdesk, Tier 1, or Tier 2—your responsibilities will vary, but one thing stays constant: you’ll be problem-solving, collaborating, and delivering great customer service.

• Helpdesk Support: You’ll manage the basics—responding to client calls, emails, and chats about tech issues. Your day will involve troubleshooting simple problems and escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Tier 1 IT Support: You’ll take on more technical responsibilities, like diagnosing and resolving system performance issues, providing remote desktop support, and guiding customers through software installations and routine maintenance.
• Tier 2 IT Support: At this level, you’ll handle escalated and more complex issues related to networking, server environments, and advanced system troubleshooting. Additionally, you’ll support your fellow team members by sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

Throughout the day, we’ll stay in touch as a team, check in with team leads, and work together to solve challenges. By the end of your shift, you’ll know you’ve helped clients navigate their tech issues and contributed to the team’s overall success.

What Qualifications or Experience Do I Need?

We need IT professionals who are humble, hungry, and people-smart—the key traits that help us collaborate deliver outstanding customer experiences. Depending on the level of support you're interested in, here’s a snapshot of the experience we’re looking for:

• Helpdesk Support: 1-2 years of tech support experience, solid communication skills, and basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Tier 1 Support: 2+ years of experience, with knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and troubleshooting end-user devices. (desktops, mobile phones, etc.)
• Tier 2 Support: 3+ years of experience with a strong technical expertise, especially in server management, networking, and complex systems.
