Mailroom & Document Scanning Clerk

Location : Onsite

Position Type : Temporary, Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm)

Rate : $17 / hour

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Mailroom & Document Scanning Clerk to join our team. This essential role will support smooth office operations by managing all incoming mail and ensuring physical documents are scanned and accurately uploaded as digital records.

Key Responsibilities

Mail Handling :

  • Receive, sort, and open incoming mail and packages
  • Distribute mail to appropriate departments or personnel

Document Scanning & Uploading :

  • Scan physical documents using office equipment
  • Ensure scanned files are clear, complete, and properly labeled
  • Upload scanned documents to the company’s computer system or document management platform

    • Record Maintenance :

  • Organize and maintain digital files for easy retrieval
  • Follow company protocols for document security and confidentiality

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in mailroom operations or administrative support
  • Knowledge of document management systems
