A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS and related HR systems
Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
Manage integrations and interfaces between HRIS and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience delivering HR technology solutions, with 5+ years of direct global HRIS experience
Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits
Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and Prism Analytics for data visualization
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
