Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Own the delivery of complex, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring project governance and executive-level visibility

Lead operational transformation efforts and develop sustainable standard operating procedures and performance metrics

Architect change management strategies for technology and operational initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and training approaches

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

6+ years of project or program management experience, including 2 years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

Demonstrated experience in applying process improvement methodologies in a business operations context

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Advanced project and program management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and high visibility projects

Proficiency in change management frameworks and the ability to design and execute change strategies
