Duration : 13 weeks (Start : January 12, 2026 – End : April 13, 2026)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Openings : 2 Med / Surg RN positions

Healthcare Setting : Medical-Surgical Unit

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state (required for travel nursing jobs)

At least 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience

BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and communication skills

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients

Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress in the Med / Surg unit

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with healthcare standards
