Retail Associate

We’re seeking a motivated Retail Associate, where you will coordinate with other departments when needed, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, and manage simple records and enter information accurately. Additional duties include work with supervisors to meet daily goals, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, learn company products and services to better assist others, as well as respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
