Senior Program Officer

A company is looking for a Senior Program Officer (Northern & Western Europe).

Key Responsibilities

Implement the Community Resources grantmaking strategy and manage the regional grant portfolio

Build and develop regional funding committees to facilitate participatory grantmaking

Establish and maintain relationships with communities, grantees, and funding partners

Required Qualifications

Solid knowledge of trust-based philanthropy or community-based grantmaking

Experience in participatory decision-making structures and grantmaking in an international context

Experience in nonprofit capacity building as a funder or consultant

Strong strategic and analytical skills

A global perspective with significant international experience
