Construction Assistant Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Southern California Water Division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project planning and coordination with Owner and Subcontractors
• Develop and maintain lookahead construction schedule
• Safety and quality control management including scheduling of third-party inspection
• Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
• Change order management
• Manage critical subcontractors
• Manage Project Engineers
• Develop proposed resolutions for differing site conditions
• Perform constructability reviews throughout design phase
• Manage submittals and ensure specification compliance
• Develop RFIs and collaborate with design team on expedited resolution
• Obtain required encroachment permits and coordinate with city inspectors
• Maintain vehicle equipment and tools management

Salary Range Disclaimer

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors including but not limited to : training transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and other benefits.
