Merry Maids in Newport News is looking to expand their office team. This position is a leadership role for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service and time management skills, employee coaching / development skills, and strong leadership qualities. The right candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7 : 00A 4 : 30P, and willing to put in extra time if needed. You must have a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic. This is a fast-paced environment, best suited for high energy individuals that are quick learners and have the ability to multitask. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for longevity and growth with a company.

Responsibilities :

• Open and close office Monday through Friday.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise a staff of 20+ cleaning technicians.
• Ensure all daily operations are carried on in an efficient, cost-effective way keeping high customer satisfaction.
• Training and onboarding of new team members
• Daily schedules of customers and employees
• Answering phone calls and conducting phone sales
• Build strong and positive relationships with cleaning staff

Skills and abilities needed :

This position offers salary pay and benefits such as : health insurance, paid vacation, personal days and growth bonuses.

Compensation : $31,000-36,000 based on experience.
