Duties :

Financial Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive and physician leadership
  • Lead enterprise financial planning budgeting forecasting and long-range modeling
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to practice profitability and provider productivity
  • Support M&A due diligence valuation modeling and integration tracking
  • Ensure financial controls reporting accuracy and compliance across practices

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Build and lead a scalable Business Intelligence function
  • Oversee dashboards and reporting for executives and physician partners
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure complete integration of data across critical systems (i.e. EHR PM billing payroll HRIS and GL systems)
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Standardize reporting across acquired practices

    • Operational & Provider Economics

  • Optimize provider compensation and productivity models
  • Analyze practice-level performance for margin improvement
  • Support payer strategy and reimbursement analysis
  • Provide insight into ancillary services profitability

    • Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop high-performing finance and analytics teams
  • Establish governance processes and accountability
  • Implement a forecasting & budgeting application
  • Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement

    • Qualifications : Required :

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field
  • 7 years of progressive finance or analytics leadership experience
  • Healthcare services or physician practice management experience
  • Strong financial modeling and BI skills

    • Preferred :

  • MBA CPA CFA or similar credential
  • Dermatology PPM or private equitybacked healthcare experience
  • M&A integration experience
  • Familiarity with dermatology EHR and PM system
