Ocean Beauty Seafoods – Dallas Distribution is looking for an experienced Warehouse Employee. We are a full-service seafood processing and distribution facility. The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing seafood orders in both refrigerated and frozen environments. This role is critical to ensuring customers receive the correct product, on time, and in excellent condition.

Job Duties :

• Accurately pick customer orders in cooler and freezer environments
• Verify item numbers, descriptions, counts, and weights to ensure order accuracy
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Stage and prepare orders for delivery routes and will-call pickups
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas
• Follow all SOPs, food safety, and HACCP guidelines
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipping and cut-off deadlines
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
