Job Description

Are you an experienced RN Case Manager in the Fresno, Ca area looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered yes" to any of these questions this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities :

Will be responsible for promoting a collaborative practice among the health care team by coordinating the integrated utilization management and discharge planning program Monitoring, evaluating and implementing steps to improvement

Requirements : Active CA RN license

Previous Case Management experience is required

Cerner experience is a plus

Hours for this Position :

Monday Friday. Day Time Shift
