Florida Licensed Physician Scheduler

A company is looking for a Physician Scheduler to manage schedules for radiologists and physician extenders in the Florida region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation and administration of radiologist and physician extender schedules

Generate and manage changes to the QGenda schedule and communicate updates to radiologists and clients

Arrange emergency coverage and generate various reports related to scheduling and staffing

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience with QGenda

Minimum of 2 years' experience with physician scheduling

Experience managing radiologists' schedules is preferred

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
