Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician IV to join a national team specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex electronic security and technology systems. This position involves full-time travel and hands-on technical leadership in secure and mission-critical environments across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV.
• Conduct system inspections, preventive maintenance, and technical evaluations.
• Oversee and mentor teams on large, complex installation projects with minimal supervision.
• Program and commission head-end equipment and integrated security platforms.
• Troubleshoot and isolate hardware and software issues at local and global levels.
• Generate project documentation including reports, RFIs, takeoffs, and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures through toolbox talks and site audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Represent the company professionally on customer sites while traveling nationwide.
Qualifications :
• Education :

High school diploma or GED required.

8+ years of hands-on electronics installation and maintenance.

Vendor certifications in systems such as Lenel, CCURE, Bosch, Identiv / Hirsch, BVMS, or AIPhone.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
