The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds.
Duties
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
- Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
- Assist in the troubleshoot / repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and / or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications :
Minimum one year full‐time related experience.Willingness to perform all required tasks.Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.Ability to professionally represent the company.Able to work on‐call (as necessary and / or an emergency arises) and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).Attention to detail ‐ meticulous.Ability to organize and prioritize work.Ability to interact effectively with staff and residents.Ability to work individually and with a team.
