A company is looking for a Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products
Build rapport with borrowers and ensure a seamless loan application experience by collaborating with the operations team
Manage a large pipeline using technology and maintain pre-established key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a similar field
High school diploma required
Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
Intermediate understanding of regulatory and legal compliance obligations
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM), and MS Office products
